FAQs: Disneyland Paris Snacks and Food

Understandably, you want to be as prepared as possible before visiting Disneyland Paris. Here are a few questions that we are sure have crossed your mind at least once:

What Food Can I Take to Disneyland Paris and Can I Pack Snacks for Disneyland?

Yes, you can! Small snacks like fruit, sandwiches, and cereal bars are totally fine—just avoid large coolers or alcohol.

I usually pack a few bits to help avoid the €5-hungry panic buys. For more on what’s allowed (and how I once survived with a £7 Primark backpack), check out my Disneyland Paris Bag Policy.

Can You Fill Water Bottles at Disneyland Paris?

Yes, you can refill your water bottles at several water fountains located throughout the park. Staying hydrated is important, especially during the warmer months, so take advantage of these refill stations.
Note: in the winter, these tend to be turned off to stop freezing.

How Do You Eat at Disneyland Paris on a Budget?

Eating at Disneyland Paris on a budget is possible with a little planning. Opt for quick-service restaurants over sit-down meals, and take advantage of meal deals and discounts. Bringing your own snacks and drinks can also help save money.

Should I plan snacks around the rides?

Short answer: yes. Sugar highs and spinning rides are not a fun combo—I speak from experience. If you’ve got little ones (or excitable adults), it’s worth checking out my Disneyland Paris Rides & Attractions List so you can tick off anything high-speed before the churros kick in.

Conclusion: Disneyland Paris Snacks

Some snacks are cute. Some are actually good. A few are both. Hopefully this post helps you find the ones worth queueing for—and skip the ones that taste like regret.

I’ll keep it updated with anything new I try (or miss and sulk about). In the meantime, enjoy the sugar rush, and time your snack stops wisely—especially if you’ve got a rollercoaster coming up.
